We will provide you with all the knowledge, support, & accountability that you need to improve, physically and mentally!

What to expect

Initial Consultation
Before beginning coaching, you will be sent an in-depth consultation form with questions about your lifestyle, history, goals, and everything we need to know to create the most suitable plan for you! You will also be given the option for a face-to-face consultation via zoom to discuss this form in more depth and discuss any queries you may have.

Bespoke Workout Plan
Your workout programme will be individually tailored to you, your lifestyle, and your goals. You will be able to view and log your workouts on the app whilst also viewing your workout history, written instructions, & video demonstrations of movements.

Form Analysis
Your coach will analyse your form via videos/voice notes and provide you with feedback on your lifts, discussing what is going well and where improvements could be made, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions!

Nutrition Support & Guidance
Your current diet will be audited and then you will be assigned personalised macros as well as provided with ongoing nutrition support and advice.
You can still eat all your favourite foods and enjoy all your favourite drinks whilst working towards your goals! No food or food group is ‘bad’, and all foods can be included in your diet. This is super important for long term results!

Progression Tracker
Via the app you will have access to several different trackers to identify progression in different areas. These include areas such as goals and habits, workouts, nutrition, body measurements, & more specific trackers to monitor progress on individual lifts and movements.

Weekly Check Ins
Each week you will get a check in with your coach to review & discuss your week, focusing on identifying the positives & progressions, as well as discussing improvements that could be made & putting actions in place to do this. Here you will also be provided with daily and weekly goals - so you always know what you’re working towards!

Monthly Review
At the end of every month you will get an even more in-depth check in with your coach to review & discuss your month as a whole and identify goals and progressions moving forward.

Access to the Education Hub
The Empowered Education Hub is your encyclopaedia of everything you need to know about health and fitness! Our goal is to educate you so you can maintain your results forever.
The Hub gets updated bi-weekly so there’s always something new to learn.

Access to Community Groups
Community is HUGE at Empowered, so we have both an informative facebook community group, and a separate WhatsApp group so you’ve not only got the support of your coach, but also of a whole team of like minded and motivated individuals!
