Meet Amber

I’ve been a PT/coach for over 4 years now and worked with a huge variety of different people with different lifestyles and different goals. There is nothing better than helping people achieve things they’ve always dreamed of but never thought they could reach!

I’ve been there and I’ve done it all, I’ve done every fad diet, I’ve done every quick fix and I’ve done every targeted workout you can think of!

I went from hours of endless cardio and huge starvation diets to HIIT workouts and bingeing, and back again, until I discovered weight training.

My whole life, mental health, physical health, body confidence, everything, changed when I discovered weight training. I began to work out because it made me feel good, rather than to punish my body. I train because I want to shape my body, not because I’m working off what I’ve eaten. I go to the gym because it’s part of my life now and I love it! I now eat to fuel my body rather than starve it, and I eat more to perform better!

I have made every mistake there was to make but now I’m in a place where I know exactly what works and what doesn’t and my relationships with food and exercise are better than ever. I am lucky enough to have turned my passion into my career and I want to stop you from making the same mistakes that I did so that you yourself can achieve the healthiest, happiest & most confident version of yourself.
